The AVI-Lite Guide II is for the athlete seeking a moderate amount of guidance attributes, including a dual density feature, in a lightweight running shoe. A lower mid-sole profile design allows the foot to be closer to the ground for added stability with zero compromise on the cushioning. The Shear Cantilever® System in the heel provides dynamic and intuitive cushioning to help the foot set up for a more natural midfoot stance, and later forefoot propulsion stage.
