If you are having trouble placing your order on-line, we have outlined the process for you to follow below:

• Click on a category you are interested in (example: "women's footwear)
• In the left bar navigation, you can select a more specific category (example: "running"). When you put your cursor over the specific category you will see that some categories have numbers that pop up underneath the category (i.e. 2097 - 2093 - 2127 - 2050). Those numbers are the available model numbers that we are carrying at that specific time.
• Click on the category or specific model number to view and learn more about each product.
• Once you are on the specific product page, and you would like to purchase that product, click the "buy now" button. Make sure you select the correct "buy now" button, some products have more than one color.
• If you would like to continue shopping at this point, click the "continue shopping" button. Once you go back to the Avia Select web site, you can go back to your shopping cart at any time by clicking the "view cart" button in the bottom right hand corner.
• If you have finished shopping, after you click the "buy now" button, make sure you select your size in the product that you ordered. Now click on "check out".
• Fill out all the information required through the rest of your visit.
• Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email with your receipt from your order.
